PHOTOS: Advantage Neck Profile™ with highly figured quartersawn claro walnut. Cherry accents.
This beautiful eight string was commissioned by a client in Japan. Local old growth figured walnut forms the ergonomic body extensions. Quartersawn claro walnut forms the neck. Carbon fiber provides structural support throughout.
Control plates are hand fabricated from stainless steel, ergonomically shaped, and intuitively located. 5-way switching combines with 11-position ToneStyler for 55 repeatable tones, each of which can be modified with the volume potentiometer.
Precision machined individual bridges provide the ultimate string-to-string note separation. Individual notes throughout the fretboard, are clear, punchy, and warm.
Ultimate Shred Machine™ platform advances further with this build, including ergonomic contour refinements.
I'm staring at the photos for this few days, more and more fascinated by this guitar! The shape of carbon-panels reminds me of Japanese sword...sharp and minimal, it's so cool. (KS)
