“Starfish is here and I am speechless. Where to start? First of all I am amazed by the beauty of this instrument: it is the most beautiful guitar ever made! The Floyd Rose is perfect and the frets are really amazing…excellent fretwork. One of the best things is the neck. You were right, the neck is vibrating — it feels alive — it is effortless to play. I like the neck profile VERY much…most comfortable profile my left hand has ever touched.
Regarding the sound and those EMGs, you were also absolutely right, EMGs are perfect. I am amazed with the clarity of the clean and distorted sounds. I’ve played the guitar for about 2 hours and I really like how it sounds in various pickup combinations.
Rick, everything about this guitar is perfect…it is a wonderful sounding instrument, comfortable to play and gorgeous to behold. She is a beautiful work of art. Thank you my friend. Thank you for every second you devoted designing and making this guitar. Thank you.
I am going to plaaaaaaaaaaaaay noooooooooooooooow!”

"I have been researching custom electric guitars for five years so I really know what is good and what is excellent. I haven't yet found a guitar that is even near to Starfish in terms of design, playability, ergonomics, craftsmanship and UNIQUENESS. Starfish is a work of art. I can't find words enough to describe how fascinated I am with the design and craftsmanship. Rick, don't ever stop building guitars."
